RequiredPolicies & Procedures + Release of Liability — covers sick policy, behavior, drop-off/pick-up, cell phone policy, media release, emergency contacts, and liability waiver. Must be signed and on file.
Term 2 Payment Agreement
RequiredTerm 2: October 12 – December 17, 2026 · 9 weeks · No classes Nov 23–26
Enrollment & financial commitment agreement — includes your enrollment details, tuition breakdown, payment schedule, and full-term financial commitment acknowledgment. This is a binding agreement.
