Required Paperwork: I understand that I must complete and return the Parent Forms (Policies & Procedures + Release of Liability) AND the Payment Agreement before my child's enrollment is finalized.

Payment Commitment: I understand that my child's spot is not secured until the $25/day enrollment fee is paid AND I have either paid tuition in full or submitted a signed Payment Agreement. By signing the Payment Agreement, I acknowledge I am committing to pay the full 9-week tuition amount regardless of whether my child withdraws before or during the term.
